Winner of the 2018 Restaurant and Catering Award for South Australia’s best Indian restaurant, Indii of Clare is featuring two mouth-watering seafood dishes during the Clare with Fresh Air Festival.
Apollo Fish is a delicious plate of diced fish fillets topped with our chef’s special yoghurt and garlic-based sauce and we’ll also have succulent, smoked paprika-marinated Spencer Gulf prawns with pomegranate and roast potatoes. We call it P3!
Both dishes are paired with crisp 2018 Rieslings from Sevenhill Cellars.
